The Collective was founded by two IFS Certified Therapists dedicated to elevating culturally competent practice in Appalachia.
Holly Thomas, MSW, LICSW, AADC, MAC, IFS-C
IFS Certified Therapist
Holly Thomas is the founder and clinical director of Thomas Integrative Psychotherapy in Morgantown. With a Master of Social Work from West Virginia University and licensure across West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Carolina, Holly is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care. She also holds certifications as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC), a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and as a Certified IFS Therapist.

- 2021: Completed Level 1 IFS Training

Susan Millham, MSW, LICSW, IFS-C
IFS Certified Therapist
Susan Millham is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in WV and is licensed to practice in PA, MD, and VA as well. She earned her MSW and a Certificate in Geriatric and Gerontological Social Work from Binghamton University. In addition to her private practice, she is an Adjunct Lecturer with WVU.
Susan has served as a Program Assistant for the IFS Institute and is currently working toward becoming an Approved Clinical Consultant.
