Holly Thomas, MSW, LICSW, AADC, MAC
IFS™ Certified Therapist
Holly Thomas is the founder and clinical director of Thomas Integrative Psychotherapy in Morgantown. With a Master of Social Work from West Virginia University and licensure across West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Carolina, Holly is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care. She also holds certifications as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC), a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and as a Certified IFS™ Therapist.

- 2021: Completed Level 1 IFS™ Training
- 2022: Completed Level 2 IFS™ Training
- 2023: Completed Level 3 IFS™ Training
- 2025: IFS Certification
Susan Millham, MSW, LICSW
IFS™ Certified Therapist
Susan Millham is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in West Virginia and is also licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. She earned her MSW and a Certificate in Geriatric and Gerontological Social Work from Binghamton University. In addition to her private practice, she is an Adjunct Lecturer with WVU.
Susan has served as a Program Assistant for the IFS™ Institute and is currently working toward becoming an Approved Clinical Consultant.
