The 5Ps – Deepening IFS Practice

The 5Ps – Deepening IFS Practice offers a focused exploration of core qualities that support effective Internal Family Systems work. Led by experienced practitioners, the presentation breaks down the five essential qualities known in IFS as the 5 Ps: Presence, Patience, Perspective, Persistence, and Playfulness.

These qualities are used to deepen clinical practice and strengthen the therapist’s capacity to stay grounded, open, and compassionate while engaging with clients’ internal parts.

This session highlights how each of the 5 Ps functions within the IFS framework and why embodying these qualities enhances relational attunement, supports nervous system regulation, and creates conditions for lasting therapeutic change.
